Gail W. Issen

Gail has worked in the communication and web design fields for over twenty years. She has earned several awards from the Society for Technical Communication and is currently an adjunct professor at Houston Community College where she teaches several courses related to web design.

Gail holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Prior to forming Xpertways, Gail has served as a documentation manager for a major computer manufacturer as well as a project management company. She has a solid background in the development of web design, animation, newsletters, advertisements, product sheets, and customer profiles.

Kenneth R. Nunley

Ken Nunley has over fifteen years experience as a CIO and CTO. As Chief Information Officer for LoneStar Registration and Xpertways, Ken Nunley is responsible for the architecture and operations of the Information Technology systems in place at both organizations.

Ken also created the technical programming for seamless on-line registration that is used worldwide.  At Xpertways, Ken is responsible for providing leadership on information technology policy and working collaboratively with other information technology leaders.  Before forming Xpertways, Ken managed a highly successful software support department for a radiology information service provider.

At Xpertways, Ken Nunley’s responsibilities include compiling and analyzing information.  Ken also manages all web related marketing.
